Reinstall Windows on Dimension 4550

I am replacing my hard drive and attempting to reinstall my operating system. I am following the instructions titled "How Do I install the Microsoft Windows XP Operating System on My Dell Dimension 4550?". Everything follows the instructions except when I get to the point of installing the hardware driver for the Intel USB 2.0 Controller Driver. The instructions (Document RG1072081) indicate that after extracting the file you need to update the USB Controller. In step #5 it says to Right-click Universal Serial Bus (USB) Controller with the yellow question mark next to it. However there is no yellow question mark next to the USB controller. How do I proceed?
