Removing My Way Search Assistant

How can I remove MY WAY SEARCH ASSISTANT?  Program listed in ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS
but no way to remove as with other programs.  Should it be removed?
 
I am a first time user. This is a repeat of an ealier message because I can't figure out how to view the previous message(s) sent.  Any help on this also would be appreciated.

Yeah, I would remove it.  It is not spyware, but is a nuisance.

According to the above link, the Add/Remove programs dialog should take care of it for you.  If it doesn't you probably don't have the myway search assistant installed on your computer anymore; just the add/remove shortcut remains.
 
Refer to step 3 in the above link to remove the add/remove shortcut.
