How do I remove the "photos" app from my dell inspiron 3650?

You technically don't if its the built in photos app from Microsoft. Several of the apps from Microsoft in windows 8.1 and 10 are not removable. I have heard you can find ways around it with some of the apps but its a process and may cause issues with the operating system.
