restart windows xp doesn't restart it....
Hi,
I am this little irritating problem. Everytime I click the restart option to restart Windows XP, the system shuts down! How can I solve this problem? Also, does frequent shut downs/restarts do any harm to the computer?
FYI: Inspiron 2650, Windows XP Home SP1, 512 mb RAM, 20GB Hard disk, 16mg graphics
