rlsetup.exe messed up my internet browsers ... please help!
I have a Dell Dimension 4300. I used to get the "low virtual memory" error so I installed "rlsetup.exe" (I read from other forum that this might help) and it fixed the low virtual memory problem but now my internet browers don't work.
I use sbc/yahoo DSL so I even uninstalled and re-installed the whole thing but everytime I open either sbc/yahoo browser or IE browser they try to download the website pages but fail to show the pages. I know that I'm connected to internet 'cuz I get "the blinking two connected computers."
Also after I installed rlsetup.exe and restarted my computer it started to delete some of the stuff which I couldn't tell what 'cuz it went by too quickly. One of the things it deleted was urlmon.dll 'cuz everytime I tried to open any browser an error message saying that it can't located urlmon.dll so i copied and pasted urlmon.dll from my laptop to my desktop. and that error message doesn't pop up anymore.
sorry for the long message. I'm really out of ideas and need your advice.. thank you so much in advance!
