Send ctl-alt-del not responding at net meeting

​question does anybody have an idea how I can resolve the following issue.​

​I'm networking from home to my desktop at home thru VPN using DSL the problem is that when I use net meeting to control my desktop at work I go thru the motions make the call using my host name or IP address of my desktop at work and everything goes smooth until I send the ctl-alt-del command my desktop at work does not respond to the command any ideas. When I try the same at work and do the same from a different desktop it does work only when I do it from home that when I do not get any response.​
