Service Pack 2 and Norton SystemWorks
I am using Windows XP and have Norton Internet Security and Norton SystemWorks installed. Prior to downloading Service Pack 2, I was never bounced offline because SystemWorks had a feature that prevented that. Now since downloading the Service Pact 2, I am being disconnected frequently. I am spoiled and would like to know how I can get that feature back.
Has anyone else experienced this? What can be done about it.
Thank you,
Jeanette

If you experience a blue screen crash event, or Stop error, while
using Microsoft Windows XP, you can upload the error report to our

Thank you for your response. The information was good and gradually led me in a round about way to my solution. When Service Pack 2 download the Connection Keep Alive was disabled. I have it enabled now.
Thanks again,
Jeanette
