shareaza hangs-up the computer
It does not make much sence to me but - can it be that Shareaza, or something related to its activity, causes complete computer hang-up (meaning - hard reboot needed) and even blue screens? This is what's seems to happen here, the problem looks like a hardware problem rather then the SW one, but it dissapears when I remove Shareaza...

Look at what you just said "the problem looks like a hardware problem rather then the SW one, but it dissapears when I remove Shareaza...". Doesn't that answer you own question?

No, the symptoms are of a software problem. Shareasa is software. When you remove the software, the problem goes away. Why do you keep insisting that it is a hardware problem? Have you tried reinstalling Shareasa?
