sndsrvc caused error in KERNEL32.DLL

sndsrvc has caused error in KERNEL.32 message comes up at different times.
Seems to cause no immediate problem.  However, my puter seems unstable at times for reasons unknown.
Appreciate any info or ideas.

This error references a component of Norton AntiVirus.  You may wish to uninstall | reinstall or if the case be, upgrade to a later version to see if the problem is corrected.  I would not suggest ignoring it...it *could* indicate a problem causing your A/V to fail to operate properly leaving your system vulnerable.
