Startup Error WLDAP32.dll
When trying to restart my computer a error message popped up saying that the application WLDAP32.dll is unable to be found. Reinstalling the application may help solve this. Then I click okay and the screen stays black. This now occurs every time I try and start my computer. Any suggestions?

Boot to Recovery Console (see this. At the command prompt enter the following, substituting the letter of your CD-ROM drive for X:
expand x:\i386\wldap32.dl_ c:\windows\system32
then press .
Note that there is a space between dl_ and c:\.
