Strange error mrssage when I pop in the ResourceCD

Dell Computer Corporation
Dimension 2400

Processor Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 2.40GHz
Processor Speed 2.34 GHz
Memory (RAM) 256 MB
Operating System Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition
Operating System Version 5.1.2600
Alltel DSL

I get an error message when I pop in the ResourceCD. The message reads as follows:

Error #339 was generated by resourceCD

Componet SSA3D30.OCX or one of its dependencies not correctly registered

a file is missing or invalid.

How can I fix this?

iggy67,

Make sure the file is on your hard disk. It should be located in C:\Windows\system32. If it is, go to Start|Run, type command and click OK. At the command prompt enter
regsvr32 SSA3D30.OCX and press . You should see a message indicating the the file has been registered.

another option that might help would be to go to add/remove, and uninstall "dell resourcecd", then maybe that will allow you to "reinstall" it..
