The solution to System32 is here. You can probably uncheck Dell Media Experience on the Startup tab of msconfig (Start|Run, type msconfig and click OK). Norton Antivirus should launch at startup. You always need antivirus protection.

After follow the instruction, here are the messages I got:
" You have use the system configuration to make changes to the way window starts
..............
Choset the normal start up mode on general tab to start windows normally and undo the change you make"
If I click OK, but not undo the change then another message will appear:
" System configuration utylity...........
(button)Click to launch to restore (and button) click to expand file
If I close that message, then system will ask me to restart before the change will effect
I select restart...then this give me back the first message, the second one, the third one ..and the restart message...and so
I have to do system restore to last good performance.
Please tell me what I should do now...system 32 still launch ..when I log on

Make the change in MSCONFIG to prevent sytsem32 from loading at startup. When you restart the computer and see the message that you are using Selective Startup to troubleshoot your computer simply check the box on that dialog that tells Windows not to display that message again. You will be running using Selective Startup since you have made a change in Startup and that is perfectly okay. Windows was just warning you that a change had been made.

I could not access to internet from my computer since 2 days ago....Every site that I have tried to open will give me the message that " can not find server "
WHen I log off my computer I will then get another message that is : " IExplore is not responding............"
Plesase noted that before that the computer was connection fine...in the middle of the section the comp hang up and the connection was not working since then ( Saturday july 03/04)
Please give me some advise in this matter
