SYSTEM INI - missing doc. Z:V V I N E S D.386 -

when I start my system, I have le following message in the DOS:
"the system don't find the peripheral Z: V V I N E S D.386" You have probably delete this one.
This depends of the associated Windows Register SYSTEM.INI"
My question is the following :
How I can reinstall the missing application z:vvinesd.386 ? and what it is using for ?
Thank you for your help.
N. B : my configuration is on Windows 98 - windows 2000

I hesitate to do the corrections because of the indicated risks about the Register ? What do you think ?
what is the exactly function of the missing "z:vvineds.386 " do you know ? This is a peripheral but what for ?
