this copy of windows is
- I cant do anything the bar is not showing it just shows a blue screen with a message for windows 7 saying that this copy of windows is not genuine

Anything recently purchased with Windows 7 has to be a used system -- it hasn't been available on new systems in years. Contact your seller for assistance.
