Toolbar in Windows Explorer

Question

The Toolbar in Windows Explorer now only has Organize, Views, and Burn
showing. How do I get the other options back?

I want to Add a New Contact to my Contacts. The toolbar line only shows Organize, Views, and Burn. Isn't it
also supposed to show Add a New Contact? And maybe some other stuff?

Mine only shows the 3 you mention, too.  But, if you want the  'Menu Bar' you can select that by clicking on Organize/Layout and selecting the Menu Bar which will give you 'File, Edit, View, Tools and Help.
