Touchpad Won't Zoom on Windows 10

My synaptics touch pad would not pinch zoom, or three finger scroll, or highlight with one or two fingers (have to use the button).  I went to Device Manager and reset setting several times to turn all those things on.  Went to forum, and uninstalled synaptics pointer driver and system reinstalled the PS/2 Compatible Dell Touchpad Driver.   Zoom and two finger highlight still don't work.  Buttons work fine as do other functions.  Help?
