UNABLE TO DOWNLOAD
I was trying to download microsoft installer clean up utility from the microsoft download site, and i got a survey or something. Well I tried to skip it and it wouldn't let me download the program. It said HTTP 403 forbiden and now I can't download anything. Can someone help??

Are you trying to download it from the link here? I just tried it and it was responsive.
