Maybe someone can help if you give more information such as:  what OS?  What program produces this error?  What are you trying to do when this error occurs?  Any other information that could be useful to know about your computer and the software on it.

i have an old dell xp using windows xp home version and this message comes up each time i start up but i found out by pressing ctrl alt and del it shows these as running so i just click them to stop running and they go away thx frank
