Uninstall Fast Access
Any ideas how to uninstall Fast Access, beyond just disabling it?
In Windows 10 - Settings - Apps & features: the unintsall box is greyed-out.

Try the 'old style' control panel. right click on the windows icon (start menu) and select control panel, then select add/remove programs.
