Uninstall

Question

I installed a program Incredimail and now I can't un-install it.  I receive message from WISE UNINSTALL 'Could not open INSTALL.LOG.file.  Does anyone how to delete this program?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I already tried that.  When I go to the add/delete programs.  It is still listed.  That is when I get my error message.  The restore program won't let me go back before 2/1.  Thanks for the suggestion though.

Do you have a restore point set to before you installed the program?  If so, revert to it.

Incredimail is a very difficult program to get rid of. You might be able to simply delete the program from Program Files, then clean out the registry entries for it. A list of those registry entries is here. Create a restore point before you do this so you will have a recovery available should it fail to work properly.

Thanks.  I will try this.  I guess I should be more careful installing programs going forward.
