Updating graphics driver on 845 chipset

I want to update the 82845 processor to APG Controler on my 4300 so I can add an All In Wonder 9000 PRO 4X APG Card, will the Dell board accept the update from the Intel website?? or is there a specific update via Dell

I know Dells boards are made by Intel but to Dell specs so I'm not sure if the Intell update will cause problems if I use it
