I have been considering upgrading to Outlook from Outlook Express.

Has anybody tried this, and if so what has been your experience?

I have quite a bit of email in Outlook Express, and I don't want to make the move to Outlook unless I know the transfer of all this data from one system to the other will be relatively painless.

A Dell tech told me he thought the transfer would be easy -- but he sounded a little uncertain.
