Using DOS

Question

Here is the problem guys. At a school computer, my teacher is using windows 95 in his class. He let some student installed windows 98 but somehow deleted the original OS (win95). So all he can do is run dos mode and wants to install windows 98 while keeping all his files there.   Is this possible by updating it while keeping the files. He has the win98 cd.

You indicate that the student installed Windows 98 but then say that nothing is on the computer but DOS. If only DOS is available all the data on the computer will have to be backed up before reinstalling Win95 (or Win98)
