Video Editors, 3d animation softwares not responding
I got Dell inspiron i5, 8GB RAM and 1 GB Nvidia, but video editing software or any 3d animation software like 3dsmax hangs on starting or just gives error and stops responding.
But i got another Dell i5 4GB RAM and integrated vga, and this one doesn't give any problem at all except that they are laggy because of low graphics.
I have all drivers installed and no issues with them. I checked with support in my locality but no one understands it. And i have been searching for this online but no answers.
Please I need to solve this soon, any help will be appreciated!

Hi derezzed28,
I’d like to know the exact error message you get when you try initiate your video editing software or the 3d animation software.

They just get non-responsive and i have to close them.
For video editor(avs or videopad editors) i load any video file and then software just hangs.
i tried changing integrated graphics to nvidia through settings but still no use

Do you use directx as 3d software and what version? Can you check the graphics card model and 3d software version from here https://whatismy.tech/gpu and add it here?
you should get a result similar to this
Your graphic process unit name is Google Inc. - ANGLE (Intel(R) HD Graphics 630 Direct3D11 vs_5_0 ps_5_0)

Yeah, I used it, seems like a good app, but the free version had a watermark.
