Vista and DataSafe

After spending a couple of hours on the phone with Dell Support they were finally able to get my Datasafe account setup for the proper disk space and time that was advetised with the system I purchased. They then sent me the DataSafe installer which I installed on my laptop, which is running Vista (Business Edition, worst purchase I've ever made), when I launch the DataSafe program I get an error message stating that DataSafe has stopped working. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available. I'm not going to hold my breath waiting for that Windows solution. Is anyone else having this problem? I haven't had a chance to do much research or troubleshooting, thought I would start here to see if I could save some time.

Thanks for any assistance on this.

Getting more frustrated with Dell Support every day. What gives Dell? Why don't you offer more services you can't support.

Cheers and good luck to all that buy Dell.

Dell on Call is pay as you go service for out of warranty service, not Dell Support. Free is better.
