Webcam colors
My Inspiron laptop (with Windows 10) webcam has strange colors - everything always comes out looking purple. Yet despite wasting lots of time poking around, I can't seem to find anyway to adjust the color setting to make the colors look more natural. Any thoughts on how to adjust the way my webcam video color comes out?

Your post mentions and Inspiron Laptop, yet the service tag number that you provided shows as a Latitude 7400? Please check the service tag number again.

Had the same problem. Other computer brands have a setting you can change, but not Dell. Fixed it by switching from incandescent to LED light bulbs in the room. Color temperature didn't matter soft white or bright white. Any incandescent made hair purple; any LED fixed it.
