what i need to use smartsource.dell.com
I have windows xp FULL Update. Internet explorer 8. the last version of java.
when i try to use this web (smartsource.dell.com) have a javascript error and i can´t download nothing.
what the configuration that i need to use this service?
can i download my software from this page, in another NO-dell computer?

If you are looking for drivers you do not use the My Dell Downloads site. That is only for paid software. Go to Dell Support here-- support.dell.com/.../index.aspx Select your country and just use your model name or your tag to find drivers. No registration required and you can use other browsers to download drivers. Make sure to use Internet Explorer if you have to use any other Dell's online tools--scan my computer, download software from smartsource, etc.
