What is a good video editing software under $100 ?

All of them do something but none of them do everything…

I like Roxio's v7.5 Suite which includes VideoWave. VW is a very powerful editor with many features found in more expensive editors.

Nero offers a Suite with more modest capabilities but more than adequate for most folks.
