What's an Exception Processing Message

Question

Hi,   Can anyone help me with this?   I have an 'Exception Processing Message' which reads....   Exception Processing Message 0xc0000013 Parameters 0x7617023C 0x8483AE2C 0x7617023C 0x7617023C   I have no idea what it means and I can't get it off me screen - it's really irritating!   any help gratefully recieved!   thanks....

Does the error message also say 'w indows no disk' ?   If it does check the start up tab in msconfig for any programs which require a disk and untick it.

thanks!   I've had a look in the start up tab... how do I tell which ones need a disk and which ones dont. sorry, dont know much about this stuff!!...
