Which Graphics Card is the Best?

Which Graphics card is the best for dell inspiron 1440 with windows 10 and 64 bit operating system. I tried to install blender 2.8 but it just says I need a graphics card.

your pc does have a graphic card. if it didn't you wouldn't see anything on the screen. are you using the latest drivers for the graphics card?

inspiron 1440 is an ancient Dell with INTEL Graphics.

It has no GPU.  Its more than 13 years old now.

DirectX 10, Shader 4.0 old centrino chipset.

You are using one of the old variant so if you want to install any graphics hungry software, it will warn you the same all the time. Moreover, I think the upgrade might be an costly option for you. Try any of the XPS variant like Dell XPS15, 4K UHD InfinityEdge Touch, Intel Core i7-9750H with NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 and 4GB GDDR5. This beast will never disappoint you.
