Why SP3?
I'm happy wiyh SP2. I'm happy with Windows XP. What does SP3 do for me??

It makes certain file based activities faster, but not so much that you will notice.
The primary reason to get SP3 is that soon Microsoft will require you to have SP3 in order to download certain updates.

I agree with you. Every major update I've gotten from MS usually screws everything up. Everything is working fine----if it ain't broke, I ain't gonna fix it!
