Wi-Fi Catcher cannot load when IE is running

Question

I can repeat this every time - Wi-Fi Catcher doesn't launch when IE7 is running on my Insprion 1420 notebook.  Is anyone experiencing the same behaviour?   Have already installed the latest Dell QuickSet.

Do you have the latest driver for the wireless adapter installed?   Model of wireless adapter please?

Yes, using the latest Dell released Intel driver, however, don't see the relevance since it works perfectly as described when IE7 isn't running.
