Hi

Dunno.

There are several frequency bands, and options to broadcast/hide the SSD.

Please can you confirm the Make Model and OS, along with any configuration details like touch screen, backlit keyboard, SFF or tower etc etc.

Any specifics on your Wi-Fi, like it's make, also the Wi-Fi the wireless signals you can see and those you want to connect to?

Try...

If in doubt please ask.

Hi, Dear,

I am Nazim from TechGuruPlus, i want to tell you the solution for it. this usually happens because the laptop’s WiFi adapter does not support the band or channel used by that specific WiFi/hotspot.

-Restart both the laptop and the router/hotspot.
-Check if the WiFi is using 5GHz only. Some older laptops detect only 2.4GHz networks.
-In hotspot settings, change the band from 5GHz to 2.4GHz or set it to “Compatible mode.”
-Update the WiFi driver from Dell Support or Device Manager.
-Open Device Manager → Network Adapters → your WiFi adapter → Properties → Advanced, and enable both 2.4GHz and 5GHz modes if available.
-Forget saved networks and scan again.

If other devices can detect that WiFi but your laptop cannot, the issue is most likely related to WiFi band/channel compatibility or an outdated driver. try my solution and reply. Good luck.
