Windows 10 64bit | Dell XPS M1530 | Wireless driver

Unfortunately, there are no Windows 10 drivers for this computer.

I've got the same issue with my M1530 and the WiFi.  Worked fine with Windows 8.1 even though that was not officially supported either.

What can we do? 

With Win 10-64, as Dell didn't sell the M1530 with a 64-bit OS, there will be nothing available from Dell. You will need to search for drivers for the model of modem in the laptop. Use a web search, not the driver update function in the Device Manager. I have never been able to update from the Device Manager unless the driver was already on the computer. When Win 10 was installed, a generic version of the modem driver was probably installed. My M1530 32-bit system had a Microsoft provided driver installed which was a 2010 version, which is probably a Win 7 driver.

A simple fix is to go to the modem entry in the Device Manager and in the Advanced Tab, defeat any entry that refers to the "n" wireless mode. Disabling the "n" mode worked perfectly for me.

I just ran into this issue.  XPS m1530 and Intel 4965AGN.  I had upgraded from 7 Home 32 bit to 10, 1909 32 bit.  No matter what driver, what setting, etc. the WiFi would not auto connect after a reboot or shutdown/restart.  Until I installed this.

Just pick 32 or 64 bit on the left and install.  Then navigate to:  C:\Program Files\Intel\WiFi\bin\Pfwizard.exe, or Program Files (x86) create  your WiFi profile(s) and you're good to go.

Have yet to see if this works flawlessly, but it was nice to find a potential solution. Were you able to figure out how to get the microphone to work in Windows 10?
