Windows 10 / Desktop window re-sizer / re-positioner
I don't even know what this thing is called - this is on a brand new laptop with Windows 10 installed. I can't find a way to identify it or turn it off. Can anyone help - it's really annoying and I spend more time trying to get it to not resize / reposition my windows than seems reasonable.
Please see file attachment.
Thanks!

SWRUCH,
To change the screen orientation in Windows 10 click the link below.
How to Change Windows 10 Screen Orientation
To turn the system on/off you would click the start button on the bottom left of the screen. It is the Windows logo that looks like 4 windows.
Below are some Windows 10 Tutorials that may come in handy for you while learning Windows 10.

DELL-JESSE L,
I'm afraid you misinterpreted my question entirely. This has nothing to do with screen orientation and I know my way around the Windows desktop, so I don't need to know how to find the "Windows logo that looks like 4 windows". I have a master's degree in software engineering and I've been using Windows operating systems since 1988. If you refer to the screenshot attached to my original post, you'll see some kind of desktop widget that appears whenever I attempt to resize or reposition a window. It is always in the way of what I want to do and if I mouse-up within it's sphere of influence after trying to move/resize a window, it will do something completely undesirable, like move the window or resize it. I'm trying to figure out how to disable or remove this as it's clearly a Dell add-on. None of the non-Dell Windows-10 upgraded systems I have at home have this "feature".
Please advise.
Thank you.

Found it here, I would have never guessed it was part of the "Dell PremierColor" application:

Just received my Inspiron 15 3505 this week and having this problem. Unfortunately Dell ColourPremium is not compatible with my computer's system. Tried to download. What is the alternative to fix this annoying problem?
