Hai JOSEGZZV, I also had a issue wiith my brand new Dell Laptop. Here is my config

Dell Inspiron 15 3000 Series

1 TB HD

8 GB RAM

2 GB Nvidia Graphicscard.

The lap was initially loaded with Ubuntu and the issue started after changing the OS to Windows. I installed some thirdparty graphics drivers and laptop start freezing with error DPC Watchdog. Later I used Nvidia Getforce experience to resolve this issue.

You can read more details about DPC_Watchdog_Violation from this page. Find suggestion related to your PC and resolve it.

Don't think it's a Dell thing but more of a Windows thing...I know you saw it all over the web. Microsoft needs to step up to the plate, otherwise, I'm not looking forward to spending an entire work day trying to teach someone English so they can fix my PC. Steps taken (which initially seemed to work) but I really don't want to reinstall Windows 10....will let you know how this goes..

If you facing the dpc watchdog violation error on your Windows computer, I would suggest you to do system reset or restore to the previous point. It will help you restore your Windows system to be the working point.

I have the same problem like you with the same error code: DPC Watchdog Violation. After a few hours tried to find a right solution to fix my problem, I figure that the firmware of my SSD is out of date and need to update.

I have downloaded the firmware for the SSD and update it. After that step, I don't see the error appear again.

If you have the same problem with the dpc watchdog violation like me and want to fix it. I would suggest you take a look at the article at here.

I had the same error on a dell Inspiron 1750 after win10 update. In my case every time I play a video(YouTube, etc) I got this error. The solution in my case was in bios/System configuration/ SATA Operation/AHCI. After I choose AHCI, instead of ATA or Disable, everything works fine and I didn't encounter DPC WATCHDOG error.
