windows 11 stuck

Hello, Dear community. 

I have a Dell Vostro 5481 (i5, 8th gen). 

It is one Windows 10, and then I get an update option to update into Windows 10 (your system is eligible). 

After that, I updated and installed Windows 11 from their official system. 

But after that, my screen is stuck, and I cannot use my laptop, only the cursor is moving while all the other things are stuck. 

Then I uninstall windows 11, and my laptop is back. 

Now please help me, how can I upgrade to windows 11 on my vostro 5481.
