Windows 7 Upgrade (Program)

Corporate customers aren't getting treated any differently on this one either, I've got 5 machines I'm having to sit on waiting for this upgrade tried my customer rep and they couldn't help at all. I'm still floored that there is not a download link, espescially after reading all the glowing reviews of Dell's handling of this situation. Come on November 15, hope it doesn't change to the 25th like my original 5th ship date did to the 15th.
