You can try to run Diagnostics first to check if there is a hardware failure to your computer
Steps
1.Turn off your PC
2. Remove Power Cable of your PC ( the Black cable connected to the power outlet )
3. Press and hold power button for about 10-20 seconds (this step is for draining the power inside your system )
4. Turn it back on but as soon as you press the power button keep tapping or hitting F12 you will see a black screen saying advanced boot option
5. Choose the option that says " Diagnostics"
That will check if you have hardware failure or not it will provide error code , once it does
Post the error code here
But if it doesnt have an error code then that means its a possible software issue , you can try then performing a System Restore
If you can still get in to your windows try this option
1. Press Windows Key ( located at the lower left side of the keyboard , looks like a flag ) + Letter " I " Key at the same time
it will show up a window to your right side
2. Locate the power button icon at the lower right then click it , it will give you three options restart, shutdown, log-off
3. Choose restart but before you click it you must have to press and hold (SHIFT KEY) while clicking restart
4. Once you did that you will see a blue screen window and it has four options
choose ( ADVANCED OPTIONS ) , there you will see the (SYSTEM RESTORE)
Try to restore it from an earlier date and tell me if it works or not
