Windows Error Recovery
Windows (Vsta) failed to start. LAUNCH STARTUP REPAIR (has been recomended) and shown on the screen but this is not working. I have rebooted using the Windows installation disc but unable to star windows. Can anybody help? Graneek

To confirm whether the hard drive is at fault, power on, press F12 and load the Dell diagnostics. Run the extended - not just the quick - hard drive test.
