windows hello xps 15 not working
The fingerprint and pin functionality quit working about a week ago. I've reset the fingerprint and pin several time, without success. Please advise. I really like the fingerprint security functionality, if will just work.
No Events found!

Perhaps trying Dell Support Assist for additional troubleshooting will resolve the issue, it should already be installed on your computer.

I tried to upgrade BIOS system and updated the driver from Dell for Fingerprint as well.
I have also uninstalled the Windows Creator (1709) security maintenance from the system.
I have also removed the fingerprint stored prior and created new one still not working. After setting up fingerprint setup it ask me for PIN setup for which Account password is asked which i entered correctly still PIN setup not happening.
I have also updated all the driver from Dell still not getting what is the issue.
Could you please suggest some alternate way for this issue.
