Windows Media Player Volume Leveling feature when ripping CD's - need info please
I have copied several of my music CDs to my hard drive using Windows Media Player 10. When playing them back I find the volume varies between CDs and I need to adjust it. I can do that but Windows Media Player claims it uses a volume leveling feature while ripping/copying CDs. Is anyone familiar with this issue? I found no spot to adjust this "feature". Any input would be appreciated.

See if MVP Chris Lanier's "Special Features" for Windows Media Player for Windows XP" is helpful.
