Windows OS Booting

When I boot my Dell Inspiron 14. It shows

Intel UNDI, PXE-2.1 (build 083)

PXE-E61: Media test failure, check cable

PXE-M0F: Exiting PXE ROM.

Reboot and select proper Boot Device

or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot Device and press a key

Note: I have selected Hard Disk as my first boot device

First remove any leftover disks or thumb drives. Restart and begin tapping F12 immediately without waiting for any screen. When the boot menu appears, run the Diagnostics and include the custom extended hard drive test to see if the hard drive has failed.

Always mention your operating system as well as the complete model name when asking a question.
