Windows Vista HELP

I've just bought an Inspiron E1705 and it came with Windows Vista.
Can I still play my pc games on it? If so how?

Thanks a Bunch

Yes most games will work just fine in Vista.

How? Install the game in Vista. Just like you did on your old computer.

If a game does not run properly right click the "exe"/Properties/Compatibility and set the compatibility as XP

Crystal,

An example
Lets say the game is Solitaire. Go to the folder where Solitaire is stored and look for a file called
solitaire.exe

Right click on it and select Properties
Click on the "Compatibility" tab at the top
Put a check at "Run this program in compatibility mode"
In the box underneath select XP or whatever operating system you used before to play the game
