Windows Vista RC2: Will Upgrade to Final Version be Free?

Hello! Just wondering if the final version of Vista will be made available free to testes of the Beta versions.

RC2 specifically states that you will be required to format and remove it and CANNOT upgrade to full version.

That price has already been decided. I believe it was $199 to upgrade to Ultimate. Microsoft has never given away free copies of the final OS to beta testers.

Well. That hardly seems fair. I can't speak for myself, but I know many others have worked out more than a few bugs for Microsoft. And save them money and time for that matter. That being said, I will be one of the first to hand over the cash!

If you own 2000/XP there will be an upgrade version. So I would say no full price is not required.
