Windows XP installation CD
My Dell 9300's hard drive crashed and I did not create a recovery/boot cd when I got the computer. I installed a new hard drive but have no way of installing the OS. Is there a way to download from DELL or Microsoft?

Windows XP is not a downloadable item.
If you are in the US, you can get it from Dell HERE if you quality. If not in the US, contact Dell for your area.
If you are not elibible for a new disc, you will have to buy (a legal copy) somewhere and then download whatever drivers are needed from the Dell downloads at www.support.dell.com using your service tag number.
