Windows XP Reinstallation problem, not all original Dell software was restored

Question

I recently had to reinstall Windows XP on my computer for the first time in 4 years of ownership.  But I have been unable to find the software that was on the computer for Faxing using the modem directly from the computer.  I can not find this softwre on any of the supplied disks or on the Dell Support web site.  Where can I download the original fax software that came with Dell Dimension 47000 computers using an Intel 537EP V9x DF PCI modem?

Go to Control Panel>Add remove programs>add remove windows components> tick the Fax services box and hit next, let it install the fax service.

Then install your modem driver and software if you have not already. It is under "Communications"

FYI: if you ever buy a PC with Vista, FAX software is only included with Business and Ultimate versions of Vista now.
