WINPE and GX1's

​We have recently starting imaging our workstation with XP, using Winpe. I am having some problems with imaging the GX1. Sometimes my imaging errors out, and I have to fdisk the drive before imaging will complete. Upon imaging, and the reboot, the workstation will just blank out, no display, no keyboard response, nothing. If i reboot, it comes up with the windows did not start successfully message, but no option there will give me anything. I had this problem with 7 out of 8 GX1's, and am trying to find what the common denominator is. 110's, 150's, 260's 270's all work fine. Just wondering if anyone has seen this.​
