Sometimes (about 25% of the time) my computer fails to enter windows on boot-up and after a restart.  I see the Dell screen and the Windows XP "loading" screen, but after that, the screen goes blank.  I then force the computer to turn off, and upon restart, I'm greeted with different options (safe mode/normal/etc.).  After selecting normal, windows doesn't always start [again].  I noticed this after I installed a game, and when I noticed the problem, I uninstalled the game and restored my computer to before the game.  This didn't do anything.  Any Ideas?
