It would be on the CD case or envelope that came with WP.

I emailed DELL support to ask for a 'key'. If they send me one, fine. I still have WP 10 that came with my last DELL if I really need the program. The new one is WordPerfect Office 12, just thought it would be nice to have it availaable if I needed it. The hunt for the 'key' continues - Thanks for your time - Bill

I have no knowledge of the WP setup, but Dell does NOT have the ability to give out new Office keys.  From Office 2002 forward they couldn't do that.  Perhaps if you contact them (see last line in my sig) and they validate ownership they may have the ability to give a new WP key...  Dunno.

I have Office 2003. I bought that and did NOT throw away the keys - WordPerfect Office 12 is now installed and registerd - Life is good in the Land of DELL
